BackpackBeats is a collaborative sound and performance-based mapping tool for a group composed of three or more people. BackpackBeats is initially activated by the space the group is situated in, encouraging a playful exploration of the environment while producing a sound-generating walk that activates the space BackpackBeats users occupy.
