This device varies the speed of audio-casette playback based on the listener's walking pace as it compares to the pace of the person who created the recording. The recording is comprised of a pre-scripted narrative spoken while traversing sites that relate to the content of the narrative. Both the recording phase and the listening phase are accommodated by the form of the device - during recording, it is worn as a podium; during playback, it is worn as a backpack.
